2. Service content

DestinyMTRX provides personal interpretations based on a date of birth. The interpretations are for entertainment and guidance and should not be considered a certain prediction of the future.

The service may sell digital interpretations, broader interpretation packages, period-related interpretations and gift cards. The exact content, price and total payment amount are shown before payment.

3. Use of the service

The service is intended for personal use only. Purchased materials may not be shared, copied or resold without permission.

The service does not provide medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. An interpretation should not be the sole basis for making decisions.

4. Ordering and payment

Prices include 25.5% Finnish VAT. Payment is made using the selected payment method at the time of purchase. Stripe is used for technical payment processing.

Before payment is confirmed, checkout shows an order summary, the selected products, any discounts and the total amount.

5. Digital delivery

All products sold through the service are digital. Digital interpretations and other digital products are delivered to the user's account or interpretation view immediately after a successful payment. An order confirmation or receipt may also be sent by email when an email address is available and the email service is operational.

6. Gift cards

A gift card is delivered as a gift card code. The code may be sent to the buyer by email and may also be shown in the user's account when the buyer is signed in.

The gift card value, validity, permitted uses and any restrictions are shown before purchase. A gift card is valid for 12 months from the purchase date unless a longer period is stated with the product.

7. Digital content and the right of withdrawal

All products are digital and are delivered immediately after payment. Before confirming payment, the customer is asked for separate, express consent for digital delivery to begin immediately. The customer also acknowledges that the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost when delivery of the digital content begins.

Once delivery has begun with the customer's consent, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded merely because the customer changes their mind. This does not restrict statutory rights where the service or delivered content is defective or the purchased content does not open correctly.

8. Errors, complaints and customer service

If the service does not work as expected, purchased content does not open or a gift card code does not work, contact customer service. Include the order time, email address and a description of the issue.

9. Limitation of liability

The service does not provide medical, legal or financial advice. Customers remain responsible for decisions they make based on an interpretation.

10. Account and responsibility

You are responsible for your login details and use of your account. Keep them secure.

11. Personal data

Personal-data processing is described in more detail in the privacy policy. Please read it before using the service.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes take effect when published in the service.
